HGV driver shortage eases but much more needs to be done, warns Logistics UK

The number of HGV drivers in employment rose 13% year-on-year in the final quarter of 2024, according to the latest data from the Labour Force Survey, however Logistics UK is warning that the industry’s skills shortage is not over.
