Drive to transport frozen food at carbon-cutting temperature gathers momentum
The Cold Chain Federation and the British Frozen Food Federation have joined The Move to -15°C - a global coalition campaigning for the temperature at which frozen food is stored and transported to be raised from -18°C to -15°C.
