Hyzon Motors Inc., a global supplier of zero-emission heavy-duty fuel cell electric vehicles (FCEVs), has entered into a purchase agreement with Holthausen Clean Technology Investments, its Dutch partner in Hyzon Motors Europe BV, to take 100% control of the European business.
