Two-man home delivery firm Breezemount Group has signed a contract with Hireco for 72 new Ivecos, MANs and Renault Masters.
The agreement is for 51 x 7.2-tonne Iveco Daily box vans; 4 x 12-tonne MAN box tail lifts and 16 x Renault Master 3.5-tonne low floor Luton bodied vans.
All are on full contract hire, with maintenance, tyre maintenance and tail lift maintenance provided.
The order follows Hireco’s initial delivery of the LDV EV80 long wheelbase panel electric van that began the larger contract relationship.
Breezemount MD Aaron Shields (pictured right with Hireco sales director Tim Gibson) said the firm had been “riding a wave of demand in two-person home delivery during the pandemic”.
He said it also intended to work with Hireco to introduce a zero emission strategy by 2025: “We’re excited to partner with them to plan to deliver a zero-emission promise in what will be an important customer-driven breakthrough.”
