Hauliers can now obtain a low-cost, complete analysis within days showing how to decarbonise their fleet after Dynamon said it had combined its software with AI to provide insight at a level not previously possible.
It said its decarbonisation planning report (DPR) represented “a milestone” in fleet decarbonisation, because fleets could, for the first time ever, get all the answers to what is often seen as a highly complex problem - in a matter of days.
Dynamon said its DPR was created to fulfil the requirements of transport operators looking to transition to electric or alternative fuels, but stretched in terms of time and resource, and provide them with a solution.
It said a fleet of any size just had to provide it with their telematics or routing data and it would build and send a full report in a few days, which would identify the vehicles that could be moved over to cleaner fuels, how routes could change and which depots and locations would require changing.
“No long lead times and numerous meetings. No need to spend months consulting. No vague costs and mission creep,” said Dynamon chief executive Angus Webb.
“Just send us the data, pay the fee based on clear menu pricing and in a few days we will analyse the information, and with the help of AI, produce the completed report.”

The company said the DPR was up to 80% cheaper than equivalent reports, with prices starting at £4,990 + VAT for fleets below 50 vehicles and rising to £10,990 for those with 200-300 vehicles.
Webb said the savings highlighted in its reports – such as through total cost of ownership modelling, which shows that vehicles with smaller, cheaper batteries still have a role, and that costly high-power chargers aren’t necessary – will easily outweigh the cost of purchasing the DPR:
“Because of the cost of the report it’s simple to prove its worth, just through procurement optimisation alone,” he said.
“If the report shows a business can make just one or two of these decisions and still be operationally viable, it will have already paid for itself many times over – and that’s even before you get into other cost saving scenarios.
“The concept that next week, a business which contacts us today could have every single answer they need for decarbonising their fleet is quite incredible,” Webb added.
“There really is nothing like this in the sector.”
