Hermes has won a contract with clothing and footwear company Cotton Traders.
The contract will cover returns of unwanted customer purchases using courier collection or customer drop-off in a Hermes ParcelShop.
Consumers will be able to choose a specific day for a Hermes courier to pick up their parcel from home, a neighbour or a nominated safe place. Labels will be available on the Cotton Traders website, for consumers to print off to attach to their parcel.
Cotton Traders chose Hermes as it was looking for a flexible and cost-effective service for customers to return goods.
Hermes sales and marketing director Gary Winter said: “[Home collection] removes much of the hassle often associated with returning purchases, while streamlining the overall returns process for the retailer.”
