Goodman has acquired a 187,466 sq ft warehouse and distribution site in Enfield.
Only 14 miles from central London and in close proximity to the M25 via J25, the company says 'London Enfield' meets the growing need for high quality urban logistics space with strong connectivity.
The site will provide customers with access to a consumer base with a predicted purchasing power of £221.8bn within a 60-minute drivetime.
Forming part of Innova Business Park, the property was constructed in 2012 on a site that has had the same tenant since the 1980s, during which time the area is said to have seen consistently high demand.

Benefitting from a 14.2m clear internal height and 38m yard depth, the high-specification warehouse will be ready for occupation in June 2020 – making it well placed to serve the needs of retailers, e-commerce companies and third-party logistics providers.
The investment builds on Goodman’s growing London presence, following the purchase of a strategic 9.5 acre employment site in Park Royal last February.
“This property sees us continue to deliver our global strategy of owning, developing and managing properties in high-demand, strategic locations to serve our customers," said Goodman UK MD Charles Crossland. "The Enfield location offers fast access to the most densely populated areas in the UK, helping customers meet rising rapid delivery expectations.”
