A six-unit industrial warehouse development close to the M20 in Kent covering 302,844sq ft has been given the go-ahead, with completion due by August 2024.
Construction firm Glencar said it had been appointed by Wrenbridge and investor Bridges Fund Management to start work on the development in Aylesford, named Click Aylesford.
The works will see construction of six sustainable new industrial warehouse buildings, completed in shell form with finished open plan offices at first floor.
