The freehold property in North Hykeham, which spans nearly 79,000sq ft and includes a four bay warehouse and external yard, is being marketed by Watling Real Estate.
It is representing the administrator Kroll, which was appointed to the 80-year-old haulage company last month.
In its brochure advertising the site, which sits within two miles of the A46, Watling said: “The property comprises a detached self-contained four bay industrial/warehouse premises on a site of 2.65 acres, with external yard and parking area.
“The bays are of steel portal frame construction, with brickwork and steel clad elevations, beneath a pitched asbestos cement sheet roof.
“The warehouse accommodation is clear span, and benefits from a concrete floor and LED lighting throughout. The clear internal height ranges from 4.5m to 6m, rising to up to 9m at the apex.
“Offers in the order of £3.3m are invited for the freehold interest.”
In a statement released by the company, the directors spoke of their “tremendous sadness” that they were forced to close its doors after facing huge challenges.
These included soaring diesel prices, the impact of Covid-19, HGV driver shortages created by Brexit and the war in Ukraine.
