Logistics and warehousing operator Europa Worldwide Group is on the hunt for another cohort of graduates and school-leavers to join its career development programme.
Under the company’s Rapid Career Development programme, candidates will be given the chance to join the Europa Road sales team and become a trainee road account manager.
The scheme’s first batch of 13 trainees were taken on last month to work across Europa Road’s 13 branches. Now Europa has announced a second intake, with video screening and first and second stage interviews beginning from next month. Successful applicants will start to work within the business from September.
The company said the scheme, which is the brain child of MD Andrew Baxter, is designed to appeal to “highly ambitious and focused individuals who are keen to earn and learn, hit the ground running and progress up the sales career ladder from as early as 18-years-old”.
