Europa Road has promoted its general manager Rob Bartlett (pictured) to a newly created position of head of European operations, as part of a restructure to ensure customers are supported now the transition period has ended.
Bartlett will work closely with Europa’s European partners and oversee general operations in order that transit times are met.
He said: “This is a very exciting time for Europa Road as we continue to expand and grow.

The company said it was also recruiting for additional market managers for its Dartford team: “We are continuously looking for ways we can build our Europa Road team, and the promotion of Rob is just the start of many exciting changes that are to come as we look to strengthen our customs capabilities,” said operations director Dan Cook.
Earlier this summer, Europa Road announced it had signed a groupage partnership deal with Belgium company Transuniverse Forwarding to help UK and European traders overcome trading obstacles created by Brexit.
