Europa Worldwide Group has promoted two of its team to the new roles of group recruitment and talent manager, and deputy head of property and facilities.
Vanita Dass-Puri takes on the position of group recruitment and talent manager, whilst Nicola Laidlaw-Rolph has become deputy head of property and facilities.
The promotions come as Europa continues its expansion drive, with organic volume growth across the business running at 20% and annual turnover at £180m.

Dass-Puri whose former role at Europa was internal recruitment and acquisition manager, will head up and oversee Europa Worldwide Group’s internal recruitment strategy.
This includes a brief to recruit high quality staff for Europa and help drive forward Europa’s Rapid Career Development Programme.
As deputy head of property and facilities, Nicola Laidlaw-Rolph, will oversee facilities management solutions across Europa’s large estate, with responsibility for lease and contract negotiations, as well as the delivery of projects on time and within budget and health and safety compliance.
Laidlaw-Rolph was formerly procurement manager and has been with the company since 2014.
