Another key management figure is to leave Eddie Stobart Logistics, the company has revealed.
Chief financial officer Anoop Kang has resigned, just weeks after ESL chief executive Sebastien Desreumaux handed in his resignation.
This latest boardroom departure comes as the company prepares to issue its first financial statement since its takeover by DBAY Advisors in December, which saw the return of William Stobart to ESL as executive chair with day-to-day management responsibilities for the firm.

Kang became CFO at Eddie Stobart Logistics in April last year. Following the takeover by DBAY Advisors, he stepped down from ESL's board to take up the same position at Greenwhitestar, the holding company for all of the trading entities within the Eddie Stobart Group.
Kang will formally leave the holding company in mid-April, after a handover period.
In a statement to the London Stock Exchange, the company said: "The Board thanks Anoop for his strong contribution to the Company through its recent challenging period. The Company continues to work to finalise the interims and a further announcement will be made in due course.”
