Marion Taylor-Ringsell, former European transport director for retailer Gap, has taken on the role of vice president asset management centre of excellence DSC UKI.
Taylor-Ringsell brings 26 years of experience in the logistics industry to her new post, covering domestic and international operations across a varied product range, including small parcel, retail, automotive and industrial.
In her former role as Gap's director of European transportation, Taylor-Ringsell's brief was to focus on creating and developing European retail, franchise and e-commerce markets including inbound air and ocean, outbound store delivery, B2B and B2C parcel operations, franchise turnover, compliance, and brand operations.
In her new post, Taylor-Ringsell will manage DHL Supply Chain’s Asset Management Centre of Excellence (AMCOE) with responsibility for vehicle procurement, fuel purchasing, compliance, engineering and facilities maintenance.
