Bandvulc-Dawson

Dawson Rentals has awarded a tyre supply contract to retread specialist Bandvulc Tyres.  The deal includes collection and reuse of worn tyre casings across the UK.

“The Bandvulc Group like ourselves has an industry leading name in its specialist field and of course we have synergies with both of our end-user clients.  It was this, combined with a professional approach to business and a visible investment programme in its products which lead us to select Bandvulc” comments Steve Miller, group MD of Dawson.

The agreement sees Bandvulc supplying a range of tyres to Dawson Rentals throughout the UK including the management of its used tyres to aid cost reduction and importantly support environmental considerations.  “By adopting Bandvulc we’re very confident that our impact on CO2 and control of waste will be improved which only adds to our product offer,” adds Miller. 

Dawson offers a range of Mercedes-Benz, Volvo, MAN, DAF and Scania tractor units as well as a range of rigid vehicles and trailers on long or shrt term hire from 30 branches across the country.
