CitySprint has purchased Birmingham-based Network Logistics UK, continuing its recent acquisition spree.

Founded in 2004, Network Logistics UK was built up by current directors Craig Guthrie, David Costin and Paul Ryder.

CitySprint has now acquired all of Network Logistics UK SameDay, Overnight and International Operations.

Network Executive Chauffeurs, which was associated with Network Logistics UK will remain an independent company.

We’ll be working together to ensure that the integration process is seamless."

Network Logistics UK’s employees will transfer to CitySprint as part of the deal.
