The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT (UK)) has announced its 35 Under 35 list for 2025.

Now in its third year, CILT’s 35 Under 35 initiative celebrates outstanding young professionals making their mark within the transport, logistics and supply chain sectors.

The annual programme seeks to identify rising stars aged 35 and under who demonstrate exceptional leadership, innovation and commitment to driving the industry forward.

Candidates can be nominated by employers, colleagues, or submit self-nominations through CILT(UK)’s online submission form that goes live in January each year.

Applications highlight key achievements and contributions to their organisation or the wider industry.

The 2025 list represents exceptional young talent across the logistics, transport and supply chain sector.

Announcing the latest list, Paul Adams, Cilt UK chief executive, said: “The calibre of nominations this year has been remarkable.

“Each of our 35 Under 35 recipients demonstrate the innovative thinking and leadership qualities that our industry needs to tackle future challenges.

“The 35 Under 35 initiative forms part of CILT(UK)’s broader commitment to nurturing the next generation of industry leaders and promoting excellence across the industry.”
