Tech firm wins £4.8m grant to convert household waste into biohydrogen


 

Advanced Biofuel Solutions (ABS) has won a £4.8m grant to convert household waste into biohydrogen for use in the transport sector. Awarded as part of a competition launched by the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy (BEIS), the grant will help support the tech firm’s project, undertaken in collaboration with Progressively Energy and University College London (UCL).
