DSV’s new, 522,000 sq ft facility in Leicestershire has opened and will become home to all three of its business units: DSV Roads, DSV Solutions and DSV Air and Sea.
Located on the Mercia Park industrial site, the facility comprises three buildings and contains 104 dock levelers and was designed and constructed by Winvic.

Design features to the main office include a glass lift, wood paneled walls and a feature staircase.
Rob Bull, Winvic construction director said the project bucked the industrial facility trend: “It comprises separate buildings for the main warehouse, cross dock and offices, but there was no doubt that we could carefully sequence the construction and fit out works to build them all simultaneously and within ten months.”
