Fowler Welch has announced an agreement to take over Evesham-based AIM Logistics from today (4 May 2021) for an undisclosed sum. The terms of the agreement, including consideration, were also undisclosed. AIM Logistics specialises in the distribution of temperature-controlled products to retailers across the UK. JSC Russian Railways (RZD), is in talks to buy 75% of Gefco, the logistics arm of cash-strapped car maker PSA Peugeot Citroën for €800m (£640m).
