Fowler Welch has announced an agreement to take over Evesham-based AIM Logistics from today (4 May 2021) for an undisclosed sum. The terms of the agreement, including consideration, were also undisclosed. AIM Logistics specialises in the distribution of temperature-controlled products to retailers across the UK.
