XPO Logistics is flexing its muscles and partnering with sports event organiser Ironman to transport its race infrastructure across Europe.

Teams of XPO drivers will operate a dedicated truck fleet to set up in advance of more than 20 races scheduled in 2021 alone.

It has long track record of providing logistics services for sporting events, including 40 years with the Tour de France, with responsibility for transporting equipment between race stages and venues.
