Pall-Ex is set to buy Fortec in a move which will see a major consolidation of the pallet network sector. Fortec’s 70-plus member hauliers were briefed about the deal last week, motortransport.co.uk has learnt. The sale has been driven by the exit of Geodis, Fortec’s parent company, from the UK market.
