Aspray Group founder Pat Laight has severed ties with the business after its new owners, Bushell Investment Group, applied for a company voluntary arrangement (CVA), motortransport.co.uk can reveal. It has emerged that chilled and ambient logistics specialist Davis Haulage entered into a company voluntary arrangement (CVA) months after it was bought by the owner of Widdowson Group.
