Spar wholesaler James Hall & Co has bought eight new Volvos to serve more than 600 stores across the country. The operator bought six 4×2 FM tractor units as well as two 6×2 FE rigid trucks, with 410hp and 320hp respectively. High street retailer Poundland has added 35 Volvos to its own-account fleet to replace existing vehicles and support its store opening programme.
