DHL Tradeteam has departed from its traditional yellow branding and rolled out a black livery as it celebrates its 20th anniversary.

The drinks logistics firm, which provides warehousing and distribution of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to the on- and off-trades, has opened a 200,000ft² fully-bonded warehouse in Gloucester. As well as increasing capacity for the operator, the site will serve as a regional DC for the south of England.

The opening of the DC follows a series of contract wins including a warehousing and distribution contract with wine and spirits supplier Cellar Trends, a secondary distribution deal with pub chain Trust Inns, and a three-year warehousing and distribution deal with New Zealand winemaker Delegat.

MD James Gill said: “These exciting business wins represent the future of our business and demonstrate our commitment to redefining the drinks logistics market across the UK.

“By changing with the times and focusing on creating a customer-centric approach, we continue to support our customers in meeting industry demands.”
