County Fermanagh-based Liam Connolly (Roadfreight) has signed a long-term agreement to be the all-Ireland member of the United Pallet Network (UPN). The Scottish Government has not made a decision yet as to whether to introduce a “zero tolerance” drink drive limit for LGV drivers.
