Royal Mail is to extend its click and collect offering to all of its SME contract customers, giving them the opportunity to offer consumers the ability to collect parcels from a Post Office branch. The service, called Local Collect, will be available for SME customers who offer delivery using its ‘Royal Mail Tracked’ and ‘Special Delivery’ products.
