Seafield Logistics has opened a new Immingham hub to store sodium carbonate imported from the US by customer Tata Chemicals Europe. The new warehouse holds 60,000 tonnes of sodium carbonate (soda ash) – a powerdy white salt used in glassmaking – which Seafield distributes to Tata’s customers in the East of the country.
