DPD has launched a 15 minute delivery window for online fashion retailer ASOS to cut down on the number of failed deliveries. The ‘Follow My Parcel’ service, which was developed in partnership with the retailer, is an extension of DPD’s Predict service which launched last year. CollectPlus has reported record volumes, more than doubling the number of parcels handled last year to 7.7 million, up from 3.3 million the year before.
