Motor Transport has four free places on offer at the Everywoman in Transport & Logistics Leadership Academy that will be held on 26 June in Daventry.
The Academy focuses on personal development – an essential consideration for any woman wishing to advance her career. Research commissioned by Alexander Mann Solutions and Everywoman in late 2012 found that although 80% of female middle managers wanted to progress, they did not prioritise their own training and development. The reality is that promotion opportunities do not just happen – you need to take stock and look at the bigger picture to take control of your career.
