Arrow XL has won a new contract with retailer N Brown Group, forming what the firm described as a "strategic" partnership.
The two-man delivery firm will make more than 100,000 annual deliveries of homeware and electrical goods for the retailer, which owns brands including department store JD Williams and online fashion retailer Simply Be.
According to Arrow, N Brown chose the business because of its multiple service offerings, including Platinum, Standard and Lite.
The company did not wish to disclose the length of the contract.
Arrow XL commercial director Paul Tyson said: “N Brown are a strategic partner for us and we value the strong relationship with them."
Last week Arrow XL confirmed its Midlands and South West operation was up and running again after a major fire destroyed its Worcester hub last month.
