Two-man delivery company Arrow XL has appointed Ian Howell as CEO.
Howell begins his new role with immediate effect and joins from Marks & Spencer, where he held the position of head of multi-channel logistics.
Prior to that, he was director of supply chain at Land of Leather and held a number of senior roles at B&Q.
“I’m looking forward to continuing to build on the success of Arrow XL and using my experience to help the business grow in an increasingly dynamic marketplace,” said Howell.
Chairman and former CEO Gary Monk said: “Ian has a wealth of retail and two-man delivery experience and an absolute passion for service excellence, which will be fundamental to our future success.”
The Yodel sister company re-branded from Yodel XL in April, unveiling a new livery and relocating some of its operations from Bolton to Wigan.
