Advanced Supply Chain is closer to reaching his £100m annual turnover goal after it exclusively revealed to MT.co.uk that it has secured deals with a number of retailers.
Managing director Mike Danby says that in the past few weeks the haulage company has won contracts with customers including DFS, Trespass, Ashbury Chocolates and John Cotton.
Danby, who has stated that Advanced Supply Chain will achieve £100m annual turnover by 2016, believes that his company can also pass on big savings as well as service on to his customers.
“It’s not about money, it’s about bringing service levels up,” he says.
Advanced Supply Chain’s customers include Go Outdoors and Matalan.
Danby says the Bradford company is on track to hit the £30m revenue level for the financial year ending June 2012, a 70% leap from last year’s £17.5m turnover, with growth expected to continue at about 20% a year for the next five years.
