Construction firm Glencar is to build a 190,598 sq ft industrial development on the Fulwood Park industrial estate in Nottingham for occupation by April 2024.
The site will comprise a distribution centre and offices, car park, 50m service yard, site access and external services and will be built to Breeam Excellent standards.
The 14-acre development is close to the A38 and around 1.5 miles from junction 28 of the M1.

The contract was awarded by Rula Developments and real estate investor Blackbrook.
