Bradford-based Expect Distribution has landed a five-year contract with card retailer Card Factory.
The award follows a one year trial with the Wakeford-based retailer, which saw Expect Distribution boost service and efficiency levels.
The deal will see Expect Distribution handle almost all of the 100,000 pallets distributed to Card Factory’s 950-plus stores each year.
Card Factory supply chain director Craig Miles, said: “We are delighted to be in partnership with Expect Distribution as we look to provide our ever growing store base with the best delivery service.

“The management team have immersed themselves in understanding Card Factory ambitions and risen to the challenges we have set out.”
Expect Distribution MD Neil Rushworth said: “The partnership with Card Factory will only continue to grow over the years and as their company expands we will be there to support them.
