DHL Supply Chain promotes Nicki Hay as new HR senior vice president

DHL Supply Chain has promoted Nicki Hay to the  post of senior vice president of HR for the UK and Ireland.

In her new role, Hay has a brief to drive operationally-focused HR, increase engagement, and see through positive culture change.

Hay's previous post was as vice president of HR global functions and chief development office, which she took up in January 2019. She joined DHL in July 2004 as head of HR consumer, UK&I and since June 2008 has held a number of senior leadership roles within DHL Supply Chain.

In her most recent role Hay successfully developed a customer-focused HR team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.

DHL said that in her 18 years at DHL, Hay has gained a "wealth of experience", alongside a broad understanding of DHL Supply Chain’s evolving divisional strategies.

Her acheivements include implementing curricula for upskilling, leading pilots on skills for the future, managing change programmes for multiple strategic projects and leading the data analytics approach for HR in terms of people development.

Hay succeeds Lindsay Bridges who has been appointed Global EVP HR, DHL Supply Chain, and will report directly to Bridges with a secondary line to Saul Resnick, CEO UK&I.
