Currie Solutions has bought PS Ridgway of Dundee for an undisclosed sum.
In a statement the acquirer said that “the business will be merged with the Currie group and brings several key benefits to both businesses.
“Increased revenues, enhanced geographical footprint, traffic synergies and wider pallet network opportunities which in return will continue to improve the services we offer our customers”.
The Palletways member has combined O-licences authorising up to 48 vehicles and 78 trailers, and 50,000sq ft of warehousing space on a four acre site in Dundee.

PS Ridgway’s ultimate holding company is Srathmuir Holdings, which lists Donald Ridgway and Mark Ridgway as directors.
Currie European Transport, which trades as Currie Solutions, has just completed an MBO led by MD Stephen Turner.
