DX Group has entered an agreement to sell its Business Direct operations to ByBox Field Services by 21 December, disposing of its overnight parts distribution service.
DX said it will now use the profit from the sale of the division (terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed) to invest in its core B2B and B2C services.
Petar Cvetkovic, CEO of DX, said: “Following the approach from ByBox, the sale presents an excellent opportunity for Business Direct to be owned and managed by a company solely focused on the provision of In Night services and provides customers with access to a significantly enhanced network of drop boxes.”
The deal is ByBox’s second acquisition of the year, it bought engineering firm Echo in April.
