Two person home delivery specialist ArrowXL has won a contract to deliver washing machines to households across the UK after impressing British manufacturer Ebac with its customer service.
Under the contract ArrowXL will offer Ebac's customers a six day per week diary service and will be able to nominate a convenient delivery day.
Delivery teams will disconnect the old machine, connect the new one, remove unwanted packaging and recycle any unwanted goods.
Ebac, which designs and manufactures dehumidifiers, water coolers, air source heat pumps, and washing machines, is based in Newton Aycliffe in County Durham.
Andrew Jordan, Ebac procurement Manager at Ebac, said: “We chose ArrowXL as our delivery partner because of their excellent reputation for customer service and experience with large white goods.
