Yodel has promoted Alison Richardson (pictured) to the new position of director of HR operations.
She brings over 20 years’ experience in human resources to her new role, with a proven track record of delivering business improvements and managing relationships with key stakeholders.
Before joining Yodel in 2018 as senior HR business partner, Richardson spent over 10 years in various senior HR positions at the National Nuclear Laboratory.
Her first role at Yodel involved supporting the sort and transport operations before she moved to the position of head of HR Operations in December 2019.
In her new post Richardson will be driving health and wellbeing initiatives across the business, including supporting mental health first aiders and champions, colleague wellbeing and Yodel’s diversity & inclusivity activity.

Richardson will also continue to lead the recruitment team which has seen the HR team help to create over 10,000 roles as the company continues to grow.
