XPO Logistics has renewed its contract to manage the transport operations of plastic pipe systems manufacturer Wavin.
XPO has been working with Wavin since 2018, managing UK B2B and B2C deliveries from the manufacturer’s plants in Chippenham, Doncaster and Crow Edge in South Yorkshire.
The deal covers dedicated truckload transport, less-than-truckload pallet transport and a bespoke parcel delivery service, which are all integrated on XPO's technology platform as a single solution to give Wavin end-to-end delivery visibility and the ability to adjust volumes according to demand.
