UK Mail has made a trio of appointments to its senior management team as the business thrives on its acquisition by Deutsche Post DHL in 2016.
The firm has appointed vice presidents for operations, sales and marketing.
CEO Peter Fuller said that since it was bought by the German company, UK Mail "has seen significant growth and we have even more ambitious targets for the years ahead".
He added: "The new management structure and the promotion of my experienced colleagues will ensure we’re in a strong position to capitalise on new opportunities and growth in the market."
Former director of sales and marketing for Palletline and GEFCO UK Martin Rantle has joined the business as vice president of sales, and will be responsible for growing UK Mail's parcel volumes.
Scott Laird, who has been with the business for 12 years, will be vice president of operations. In the role, Laird will oversee health and safety and network development, including ensuring processing and delivery systems are geared up for any future growth.

Former director of marketing Ross Hunt has been promoted to vice president of marketing, and will take on new responsibilities in customer service and product development.
Last year, UK Mail opened three new sites to cope with the additional volumes brought in by the Deutsche Post acquisition.
The new facilities in Enfield, Milton Keynes and Aberdeen more than doubled the operator's capacity in their areas.
Fuller said: "This investment in key sites is part of our strategic growth plan for the business. We’ve recently been awarded some major new contracts and we have ambitious targets to continue on this trajectory."
