Tevva has appointed Alltruck to be its 24/7 roadside assistance and fleet management partner.
Under the partnership, Alltruck will provide assistance for the British electric vehicle maker’s 7.5-tonne BEVs.
Support includes a rapid response call centre, staffed by IMI qualified technicians, who will pre-qualify any issues to ensure effective recovery action is taken.
Alltruck will also extend comprehensive documentation compliance, efficient accident management, and access to replacement vehicles when required, for Tevva owners.
