Parcelhub collection service expands into Essex and south east London

Whistl subsidiary Parcelhub has expanded its local collection service to Essex and south east London via a new collection point at Basildon.

The launch sees Parcelhub provide a single daily parcel collection service for SME and mid-market retailers, wholesalers and brands, allowing them to access over 600 delivery service options for their customers through 20 UK and international carrier partners.

From its Basildon base, businesses in the RM, SS, IG, E, SE, BR and parts of the CM and DA postcode areas will be able to access the new Parcelhub service.

Steve Marjoram, MD of Parcelhub, said: “We are delighted to expand our service into Essex and Southeast London. Smaller businesses will now be able to access the benefits and flexibility of service that has traditionally only been available to large businesses.”

Delivery management company Whistl acquired privately held Parcelhub and its sister company Mail Workshop in 2018, as part of expansion plans in the parcels, fulfilment and doordrop media market.
