Palletline firm Mike Watson Transport (MWT) has moved to larger premises in Bordon, Hampshire as a result of “ongoing growth”.
The company has also procured seven new vehicles to service a significant increase in its network delivery volume, which involves expanding into part of the Portsmouth postcode area.
Paul Elson, Palletline Logistics MD, said: “It is an exciting time for MWT and our relocation story is the start of its future successes. MWT will continue to deliver high-quality palletised freight solutions, whilst also providing increased warehousing capacity and enhanced logistical solutions.”
Earlier this year, MWT said it had implemented a strategic growth strategy in the south of England ahead of its move to Bordon.
Graham Leitch, group MD at Palletline said: “The relocation of Mike Watson is in line with our strategic plan, we will develop key elements within the network structure to ensure maximum efficiency, network resilience and growth opportunity.”
