As the Content Editor for Freight Carbon Zero, Laura brings a wealth of journalism experience with her having earnt her reporter stripes on leading B2B titles including Flight International, Contract Journal, and CRN. With nine years spent at Road Transport Media (RTM), Laura carved out a name for herself in the road transport community breaking important industry news stories week after week as News Editor on Motor Transport, and then as Head of Content across the Road titles. Moving into a business development role saw Laura help steer RTM into the arena of sustainable freight with the creation of the Quiet Cities events and later the Freight in the City initiative (now part of the annual Road Transport Expo).
With a freelance career also under her belt, Laura has worked with a variety of clients across the road transport sector in PR and copywriting so has maintained a watchful brief on industry developments, but she is delighted to be back with the team at DVV Media working on the newest addition to the portfolio, FCZ.com.
