Heath Zarin is to take on the role of executive chairman at EV Cargo while chief strategy officer Simon Pearson has been promoted to group chief executive.
The leadership transition is aimed at positioning the company for future growth and creating a more robust governance structure, enhancing accountability.
Since founding the company in 2018, Zarin (pictured right) has served as chairman and chief executive, leading the organisation through a period of growth and innovation.
His vision to create an integrated logistics network has led to significant acquisitions and organic expansion. As executive chairman, he will focus on guiding the overall strategic direction of EV Cargo to deliver exceptional value to its customers, employees and stakeholders.
Pearson (left) has helped shape EV Cargo’s strategic direction and expand its global capabilities. He has successfully led initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer service, contributing to significant growth and profitability.
