Eurovision Logistics has become the first transport operator to support FairFuelUK (FFUK) with a monthly contribution. Motor Transport’s owner Road Transport Media has revealed today (25 May) that it is acquiring Tip-ex,  the UK’s only exhibition for the tipper and bulk transport sector. Montracon produces Jumbo reefer

Trailer manufacturer Montracon has launched a full length double-deck reefer trailer following demand from operators for greater carrying capacity within the standard 13.6m trailer length. The 4.7m high straight frame trailer, called Jumbo during its development, has a 3.2m internal height creating 150m3 internal capacity. It can carry up to 52 UK pallets, or 66 Euro-sized pallets, using adjustable decking beams. K+N sell off Renault Trucks dealership

Logistic company Kuehne + Nagel has sold its Renault Trucks dealership RH Commercial Vehicles for an undisclosed sum, a year after it bought its parent company The RH Group for £66.9m. The new owners of the East Midlands dealership, that employs 55 people, include its current MD Nigel Baxter and general manager Paul Pearson, who becomes commercial director, as well as Neville and Peter Baxter.
