Boughey overcomes trading volatility to deliver solid first half results

Saints Transport has entered administration after struggling with the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the aviation sector.

NWF, the distributor of fuel, food and feed that owns Boughey Distribution, said trading for the three months since June had been in line with expectations, with net debt reflecting normal seasonal fluctuations.

Boughey Distribution enjoyed a solid year of growth despite cut-throat competition amongst the supermarkets, with its Palletline operation growing faster than expected.
