ArrowXL is continuing its run of contract wins with the award of a new deal with the Bike Club, a subscription-based children’s bike service which has over 30,000 members.
Under the contract ArrowXL will collect, store and deliver the Bike Club’s cycles, handling over 200 bike movements per week. It will also facilitate the collection of used bikes as a key part of the club’s reCycle campaign.
ArrowXL said this week it has also worked closely with the Bike Club to identify unnecessary costs in their previous process and have been instrumental in providing a flexible service to Bike Club members who wish to exchange their bike as their child grows.

The Bike Club allows members to exchange their bike at any time, ensuring that children will always have the correct sized bike and preventing old bikes from going to waste in sheds across the country.
ArrowXL's askAXL web app allows customers to track their orders in real time as their two-hour time slot dynamically reduces to just 30 minutes.
This is the latest in a spate of deals in the fitness sector which include contracts with cycle firm Wheelbase, e-bike retailer Pure Electric, fitness equipment retailer Johnson Health Tech UK and gym equipment provider Concept2.
